紐約視覺(jué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院（SVA）舉辦“The Book Show”，這是MFA Illustration以視覺(jué)散文學(xué)生的作品展覽。展覽由項(xiàng)目主席Marshall Arisman和教員Anna Raff（MFA 2009插圖作為視覺(jué)散文)策劃，該展覽于2020年12月12日至2021年1月16日展出。

  展覽的亮點(diǎn)包括:
  Oliver Allison’s“Amazing Grace,”follows the biographical story of John Newton,author of the world’s most famous hymn.
  “After the Storm”is a personal essay by Carly Larssonabout her journey through anger as a response to social injustice and sexual violence.
  Nadia Xu’s book,Who,What,When,Where,Why,and How They Kiss,explores scenes of kissing.She was inspired when she saw two people pulling their masks down and kissing beside a trash bin in the subway station during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  Fat Uncle hasn’t left his apartment all summer.He refuses to participate in neighborly affairs,hasn’t gone to the office in ages and his wife appears to have left him.As he becomes the subject of neighborhood gossip,with hushed rumors of curses and visits from mysterious Godmen,he only seems to withdraw further within himself.
  Fat Uncle is an illustrated short novella written and illustrated by Taarika John.The story is based in Bombay,India and deals with themes of human relationships and the isolation of urban life.
