2023年滴水湖金融灣公共藝術全球征集大賽，作為滴水湖金融灣的首個大型戶外公共藝術征集活動，也是滴水湖金融灣公共藝術節的重要組成部分。

The 2023 Dishui Lake Financial Bay Public Art Festival and Global Solicitation Competition, as the first large-scale outdoor public art project call for entries in Dishui Lake Financial Bay, is also an important part of the Dishui Lake Financial Bay Public Art Festival.

本次大賽由上海臨港經濟發展(集團)有限公司主辦、上海臨港新片區經濟發展有限公司承辦，在上海市規劃和自然資源局、中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區臨港新片區管理委員會的指導下順利開展。本次大賽于2023年10月30日正式啟動，旨在通過全球公共藝術設計競賽的活動形式，征集富有文化和創新精神的公共藝術作品，增強城市活力，也促進藝術、建筑和自然積極互動，是整個臨港新片區公共藝術事業發展的又一次嘗試。

The competition is sponsored by Shanghai Lingang Economic Development (Group) Co., Ltd.，and organized by Shanghai Lingang Special Area Economic Development Co., Ltd.; it is in full swing under the mutual guidance of Shanghai Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau and Shanghai Lingang Special Area Administrative Committee. The competition was officially launched on October 30, 2023, with the aim of collecting public art works rich in culture and innovation through the activity form of global public art design competition, enhancing the vitality of the city, as well as allowing art, architecture and nature to interact positively, which is another attempt to develop the public art career of the entire Lingang Special Area.

征集結果  OUTCOME

自大賽征集公告發布以來，歷時近三個月的滴水湖金融灣公共藝術全球藝術征集大賽吸引了來自美國、英國、西班牙、意大利、澳大利亞、保加利亞、波蘭、韓國、土耳其等多個國家的藝術家、建筑師、設計師、高校教師、在校學生等專業人士踴躍參與。本次大賽共收到囊括雕塑、裝置、數字藝術等不同類型的公共藝術作品424件。這些作品不僅體現了全球藝術界的多樣性和創新力，也展現了大賽的廣泛影響力和國際吸引力。

Since the release of the call announcement, the Dishui Lake Financial Bay Public Art Festival and Global Solicitation Competition, which has lasted nearly three months, has attracted the enthusiastic participation of artists, architects, designers, college teachers, school students and other professionals from the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Australia, Bulgaria, Poland, South Korea, Turkey and many other countries. A total of 424 public art works, including sculptures, installations, digital art and other types of public art works, were received. These works not only reflect the diversity and innovation of the global art world, but also demonstrate the wide influence and international appeal of the competition.

2023滴水湖金融灣全球公共藝術大賽部分初審作品展示

評審流程  PROCESS

經過大賽組委會的初步篩選，共有78件合格作品成功入圍第二輪評審。第二輪評審將采用網絡投票與專家評審相結合的方式進行。專家評審組由來自不同領域的頂尖專家組成，包括臨港管委會代表、臨港集團代表、著名建筑和城市景觀專家、高校和藝術機構專家。這些專家的參與，不僅提升了評審的專業性和權威性，也確保了作品的藝術水準和創新性。

After the initial screening by the competition organizing committee, a total of 78 qualified works have been successfully shortlisted for the second round of judging. The second round of evaluation will be conducted by a combination of online voting and expert evaluation. The expert judging panel consists of top experts from different fields, including representatives from Lingang Special Area Administrative Committee, Shanghai Lingang Group and well-known experts in architecture and urban landscape, universities and art institutions. The participation of these experts not only enhances the professionalism and authority of the judging, but also ensures the artistic standard and innovation of the works.

The final winning entry in this contest will have the opportunity to be built on the ground and permanently placed on an outdoor spot in the Financial Bay of Dishui Lake.
