  為全面落實新發展理念，緊扣德陽“中國裝備科技城”建設目標，充分展現科技創新與生態文明協同發展的城市形象，德陽市擬于2026年“五一”節假日期間舉辦“2026年第五屆德陽市花月季展”，主場地位于德陽經開區大學科技園。以月季園藝為媒介，融合科技創新、生態美學與城市空間營造，旨在打造具有示范意義的“未來花園”場景，助力科技園招商引資形象提升，營造開放、創新、綠色的園區氛圍。
  In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,fully implement the new development philosophy,and closely align with Deyang’s development goal of building itself into a"China Equipment Sci-Tech City",the city aims to fully demonstrate an urban image where technological innovation and ecological progress develop in synergy.Deyang is scheduled to hold the"2026 Deyang City Rose Festival"during the May Day holiday period in 2026,the main venue is Deyang University Sci-Tech Park.
  Using rose horticulture as a medium,the event will integrate technological innovation,ecological aesthetics,and urban spatial development,aiming to create an exemplary"Future Garden"scenario.This initiative is designed to enhance the park’s image for investment and business attraction while fostering an open,innovative,and green atmosphere within the park.
  作為本屆德陽市花月季展的重要組成部分，“2026年第五屆德陽市花月季展大學生景觀藝術裝置設計大賽”（以下簡稱“大賽”）以青年創新力量為引擎，探索科技、藝術與自然融合的多元可能，為德陽科技園注入青春活力與創新表達，并增設展示德陽公園城市建設成果的新窗口。
  As a key component of the Deyang Rose Festival this year,the"2026 Deyang City Rose Festival and 5th University Student Landscape Art Installation Design Competition"(hereinafter referred to as the"Competition")is driven by the innovative power of youth.It explores diverse possibilities for integrating technology,art,and nature,infusing the Deyang Science and Technology Park with youthful energy and creative expression.Additionally,it serves as a new window into showcasing Deyang’s achievements in developing a park city.

  主題：“花開映科創·德陽啟新程”
  本次大學生景觀藝術裝置設計大賽以德陽大學科技園為核心場景，依托園區“科技新區、人才新區、城市新區”的總體定位，以德陽市市花月季為重要設計元素，通過裝置藝術與花境景觀的融合表達，呈現科技創新與生態美學交織的空間敘事。
  主辦方期待高校師生發揮創意與想象，融合科技感、未來感與生態理念，構建富有創新性、互動性與可持續性的設計作品，共同打造一場科技、創新與生態美融合的月季園藝盛會。
  Theme:"Bloom of Innovation:Deyang on a New Journey"
  The Competition centers on the Deyang University Science and Technology Park.Aligned with the park's overarching positioning as a"New District of Technology,Talent,and Urban Development,"and featuring the rose—Deyang's city flower—as a key design element,the competition aims to present a spatial narrative interwoven with technological innovation and ecological aesthetics through the integration of installation art and floral landscape design.
  The organizers look forward to university teachers and students unleashing their creativity and imagination,merging technological,futuristic,and ecological concepts to create innovative,interactive,and sustainable design works.Together,we aspire to craft a horticultural spectacle that harmonizes technology,innovation,and ecological beauty.

  方案評審階段：由專家評委從提交作品中評選出10個符合設計要求的優秀方案進入落地建造階段。
  建造評審階段：由建造終評專家委員會從10個落地實施的景觀藝術裝置中評選出大獎1名，金獎2名，銀獎3名，優秀獎4名，共計10個獎項。
  About Evaluation
  Proposal Review Phase:Expert judges will select 10 outstanding proposals that meet the design requirements from the submitted works to proceed to the construction implementation phase.
  Construction Review Phase:The Final Construction Evaluation Committee will assess the 10 implemented landscape art installations and award a total of 10 prizes,including:
  Grand Prize:1 award;
  Gold Prize:2 awards;
  Silver Prize:3 awards;
  Excellence Prize:4 awards.

  大賽方案征集要求
  Competition Proposal Requirements
  （一）總體設計要求
  本次大賽場地位于德陽大學科技園，園區建筑風貌整體呈現現代、簡約、科技感。所有參賽作品須與園區空間氣質相協調，強化“未來花園”整體視覺體驗。
  設計應堅持創新、綠色、融合、共享理念，突出科技創新、生態低碳與藝術表達的有機統一。作品以景觀藝術裝置為主體，輔以月季為主題花卉的少量植物進行點綴。
  (I)Overall Design Requirements
  The competition site is located in the Deyang University Science and Technology Park,where the architectural style of the park embodies modernity,simplicity,and a technological aesthetic.All submissions must harmonize with the spatial character of the park,enhancing the overall visual experience of a"Future Garden."
  Designs should adhere to the principles of innovation,sustainability,integration,and sharing,highlighting the organic unity of technological innovation,ecological low-carbon practices,and artistic expression.The works should primarily consist of landscape art installation,complemented by a minimal use of plants featuring the rose as the thematic flower.
  （二）大學生景觀藝術裝置展區設計要求
  設計定位
  聚焦青年創新表達，探索前沿科技、公共藝術與月季元素融合的裝置化呈現方式。
  設計與建造要求
  占地面積：單件作品占地面積需嚴格控制在10平方米以內（對平面形態不作具體要求）；
  建構筑物高度：不超過3米；
  整體造價：不超過3萬元。
  裝置屬性：永久性裝置，結構安全穩固，便于安裝與拆除；
  色彩要求：整體色彩應用應遵循克制、協調原則，體現科技感與未來感，建議采用銀白、金屬灰、星空藍等色系，避免大面積使用未經調和的高純度色彩；
  材料要求：選用新穎、環保、可循環、低碳材料，減少環境負荷；
  表達方式：可融合月季元素（實物、意象或數字化呈現），鼓勵結合聲、光、電、交互技術與可持續材料，設計表達宜采用抽象化手法，避免簡單具象呈現。
  地面處理：嚴禁采用永久性硬質鋪裝。應依據原有地形進行布展，可局部運用微地形處理手法以增強景觀層次。
  綠化及植物：所選用的月季品種須充分考慮本地氣候特點，確保能良好生長。鼓勵運用新優月季品種，為花境增添獨特魅力與新鮮感。在搭配時，充分考量開幕時的季相特征、生長習性、顏色搭配，巧妙組合，呈現出應季的絢爛景觀。同時，大力提倡選擇體現當地地域特色的鄉土植物。
  請按照以上規則進行展園設計，否則將被取消參賽資格。
  主題方向建議
  “未來花園”的核心設計邏輯是科技賦能生態、藝術融合自然，既要體現科技創新的前瞻性，又要保留花園的景觀觀賞性與體驗交互性。可選設計方向如“交互型生態裝置”、“數字藝術花園”、“低碳花園”、“智能園藝”等。
  (II)Design Requirements for the Exhibition Area
  1.Design Positioning
  Focus on innovative expression by young creators,exploring integrated approaches that combine cutting-edge technology,public art,and rose elements in the form of installations.
  2.Design and Construction Requirements
  Site Area
  The footprint of each installation must be strictly limited to within 10 square meters(no specific requirement on planar shape).
  Height of Structures
  Must not exceed 3 meters.
  Total Budget
  Must not exceed￥30,000.
  Installation
  Must be a permanent installation,structurally safe and stable,and easy to install and dismantle.
  Color
  The overall color application should follow principles of restraint and harmony,reflecting a technological and futuristic aesthetic.Recommended colors include silver-white,metallic gray,starry sky blue,etc.Avoid large areas of unmixed high-purity colors.
  Material
  Use innovative,environmentally friendly,recyclable,and low-carbon materials to minimize environmental impact.
  Expression Approach
  May incorporate rose elements(physical,symbolic,or digital representation).Integration of sound,light,electricity,interactive technology,and sustainable materials is encouraged.Designs should adopt abstract expression and avoid overly literal or figurative representations.
  Grounding
  Permanent hard paving is strictly prohibited.Layout should adapt to the original terrain,with localized micro-topography techniques allowed to enhance landscape layering.
  Greening and Plants
  Selected rose varieties must be suitable for the local climate to ensure healthy growth.The use of new and superior rose varieties is encouraged to add unique charm and freshness to the floral landscape.Consider seasonal characteristics at the time of the exhibition opening,growth habits,and color coordination to create a vibrant seasonal display.Priority should be given to native plants that reflect local regional characteristics.
  *Please adhere to the above rules for exhibition garden design.Failure to comply will result in disqualification from the competition.
  3.About Themes
  The core design logic of the"Future Garden"is to empower ecology through technology and integrate art with nature.It should reflect the forward-looking nature of technological innovation while preserving the garden's visual appeal and interactive experience.Suggested design directions include"Interactive Ecological Installations,""Digital Art Gardens,""Low-Carbon Gardens,""Smart Horticulture,"and others.

  Competition Registration
  本次競賽面向國內外風景園林及相關專業在校本科生及研究生，鼓勵跨國、跨校、跨專業合作參賽。
  參賽者可以個人或團隊形式自由報名參賽，團隊成員不超過5人（含1-5人），每個團隊可有不多于2名指導教師（含1-2人），每位參賽者或每個團隊只能提交1份作品，同一參賽者不可重復報名，違者將取消參賽資格。
  填寫報名表時須準確填寫表單中的各項內容，如信息不清晰或虛假填報信息，則參賽號作廢并取消該組參評資格。報名后每一小組或參賽個人將自動獲得一個報名號，重復提交報名表的參賽者以最后一次提交的信息和報名號為準。作品提交后不可修改參賽者姓名、順序及指導教師信息。
  This competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students in landscape architecture and related disciplines from domestic and international institutions.Cross-border,cross-university,and cross-disciplinary collaborations are encouraged.
  Participants may register individually or as teams.Each team may consist of no more than 5 members(including 1–5 persons)and may include no more than 2 faculty advisors(including 1–2 persons).Each participant or team may submit only one entry.Duplicate registrations by the same participant are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  All information in the registration form must be filled out accurately.If the information is unclear or falsified,the registration number will be invalidated and the entry will be disqualified.Upon registration,each team or individual will be assigned a unique registration number.For participants who submit the registration form multiple times,the last submission and its corresponding registration number will be considered final.After submission,no changes may be made to the names,order of participants,or advisor information.

  設計作品排布于一張豎向A0圖版上（高1189mm，寬841mm），JPG格式，分辨率300dpi，文件大小≤30M。圖版中應包含設計圖及設計說明，不得出現任何透露參賽者、指導教師及所在學校信息的內容。
  作品文件請以郵件附件形式發送，郵件主題及作品文件命名格式均為：“報名號-2026德陽大學生景觀藝術裝置大賽”，如：100-2026德陽大學生景觀藝術裝置大賽。

  The design entry must be arranged on a single vertical A0 board(height:1189 mm,width:841 mm),saved in JPG format with a resolution of 300 dpi,and the file size must not exceed 30 MB.The board should include design drawings and a design description.Any information revealing the participant(s),advisor(s),or affiliated institution(s)is strictly prohibited.

  競賽參賽規則
  Competition Rules
  1）參賽者同意并遵守本競賽通知的內容及競賽規則，違反規定者將被取消參賽資格；競賽組委會對競賽規則擁有最終解釋權。
  2）電子圖紙中不得出現任何有關設計者姓名和參賽院校的文字或圖案，不符合規定者將被取消參賽資格。
  3）競賽組織方擁有參賽作品除署名權以外的其它版權權利，包括但不限于發行權，展覽權，信息網絡傳播權，出版權等，設計方具有署名權。
  4）所有參賽者須確保自己所提交的作品為原創且未參加過其他競賽。
  5）參賽者不得接受競賽評委任何建議與指導，違反規定者將被取消參賽資格。
  6）現場建造及頒獎儀式等環節的具體日期可能因不可抗力因素調整，敬請知悉。
