  01賽事主題
  Competition Theme
  2026 WUPENiCity城市設計學生作業國際競賽主題為：“美好生活HAI家園”，要求參賽者以獨特、新穎的視角解析主題的內涵，以全面、系統的專業素質進行城市設計。
  “家園”是中國人對于城市最基礎社會空間的共同認知，如何在家園中通過合理的資源分配與空間規劃實現人與自然的永續生態、人與人的和諧關系、人機間的創新協同，物質與精神的可持續發展，是人類追求美好生活的永恒議題。
  HAI（Humanity+Artificial Intelligence），是將人類的創造力、決策能力與人工智能的高效算力深度融合的全新人機交互模式。參賽者可基于HAI核心理念，對未來城市發展方向展開系統性思考與設計創作，緊扣AICITY將城市打造為有機生長的“高級智能生命體”的目標，亦可結合春夏秋冬的時間韻律，探索認清、戰略、精準、生態的多維規劃愿景?？蓮慕煌ǔ鲂?、教育文化、醫療服務、公共安全、政務創新、商業運營、居住環境、消費體驗等具體城市場景的智能化升級維度切入，以城市規劃設計為抓手，共創高效便捷、宜居宜業、充滿活力的未來智能家園新場景。
  城市設計學生作業競賽參賽者應圍繞主題，自選設計基地（不大于1km2），進行基地分析和主題的解讀，并開展方案設計。
  The theme of the 2026 WUPENiCity International Competition on Students Course Works of Urban Design is"Better HAI Jiayuan",which requires contestants to analyze the connotation of the theme from a unique and novel perspective to carry out urban design with comprehensive and systematic professional quality.
  “JiaYuan”is the common cognition of the Chinese people for the most basic social space in the city.How to realize the sustainable ecology between human and nature,the harmonious relationship between person and person,the innovation and synergy between human and AI,and the sustainable development of material and spirit through reasonable resource allocation and spatial planning in the home are the eternal issues of human beings in pursuit of a better life.
  HAI(Humanity+Artificial Intelligence)is an innovative human-machine interaction model that deeply integrates human creativity and decision-making capabilities with the high-efficiency computing power of artificial intelligence.Participants can conduct systematic thinking and design creation on the development direction of future cities based on the core concept of HAI,closely aligning with AICITY’s goal of building cities into organically evolving"advanced intelligent living entities".They may also explore the multi-dimensional planning vision of cognitive clarity,strategic layout,precise governance and ecological sustainability in line with the temporal rhythms of spring,summer,autumn and winter.Starting from the dimension of intelligent upgrading of specific urban scenarios—such as transportation,education and culture,medical services,public security,government governance innovation,commercial operation,living environments and consumption experience—participants can take urban planning and design as the starting point to co-create new scenarios of future smart homes that are efficient and convenient,livable and business-friendly,and vibrant.
  You can choose your own base or the base recommended by the organizing committee(no larger than 1km2,and the award-winning works using the recommended base will be expected to be implemented).
  02參賽要求
  Entry Requirements
  1.參賽者資格要求
  （1）團隊所有成員在WUPEN網站（http://wupen.org）完成用戶注冊后，由團隊負責人前往競賽頁面進行報名參賽（隊員僅需注冊，無需報名，由團隊負責人統一填寫報名信息，提交作品）；
  （2）參賽者建議為高等院校城鄉規劃專業及建筑學、風景園林學、環境設計、服務設計、工業設計等相關專業的在讀本科、碩士、博士學生。參賽資格無國籍、無專業限制，鼓勵跨專業學生參賽，也支持跨校、跨年級組隊參賽。
  所有成員需上傳學生證照片以證明“在讀學生”身份，若作品提交后經審查發現不符合參賽要求，將取消該作品參賽資格。若有隊員在提交作品時已畢業，但可證明在作品創作期內屬于在讀學生，報名依然有效。
  1.Qualification requirements for contestants
  （1）After all members register on WUPEN and iCity websites,the team leader can go to the competition page to sign up;
  （2）The contestants are suggested to be bachelor,master and doctor current students from Urban Planning,Architecture,Landscape Architecture,Environmental Design,Service Design,Industrial Design and other related majors.The qualification for this competition has no restriction on nationality or major.We encourage cross-disciplinary students to participate in this competition.Teams can also be formed across schools or grades.
  You need to upload a photo of your student ID card to prove that you are a student,and you will be disqualified if it is found that your work does not meet the requirements after the examination.
  2.參賽者人數要求
  （1）每組只可提交1份參賽方案，團隊人數不可超過2人（含負責人），指導教師不可超過3人。每位參賽者只可署名一份作品（無論是作為負責人還是成員），每一個賬號僅能填寫一份參賽注冊表單。參賽者可同時報名WUPENiCity平臺其他競賽；
  （2）同一學校、同一教師指導的參賽作品無數量限制。
  2.Number of contestants requirements
  （1）Each team can only submit one competition plan,the number of team members should not exceed 2(including the team leader)and the number of tutors should not exceed 3.Each contestant can only sign one work(whether as a leader or a member),and each account can only fill in one registration form.Contestants can sign up for other competitions on WUPENiCity at the same time;
  （2）There is no restriction on the number of the same school and works directed by the same teacher.
  3.參賽成果資格要求
  鼓勵參賽學生將參賽方案與所在學校本學年的正式規劃設計課程作業相結合，也支持自主選題創作。
  3.Qualification requirements for work
  Students are encouraged to combine the competition plan with their school's formal planning and design course homework this academic year,and the creation of independent topics is also supported.
  03成果要求
  Work Requirements
  特別注意：參賽作品中不得包含透露參賽者及其所在學校的內容和提示，若資格審查不合規范，將直接取消參賽資格。
  1.用地規模
  不大于1km2。
  2.基地選擇
  自選基地；
  3.設計要求
  （1）緊扣主題、立意明確、構思巧妙、表達規范，鼓勵具有創造性的思維與方法，鼓勵從智能技術發展背景下的城市空間及生活方式組織的視角進行思考；
  （2）表現形式與表現方法自定。
  4.作品文件及格式要求
  （1）展板文件：JPG格式，不超過四張，圖幅設定為A1（84.1×59.4cm）。（應保證出圖精度，分辨率不低于300dpi，勿留邊，勿加框）每張圖大小不高于5M，文件以“參賽碼-1、參賽碼-2、參賽碼-3、參賽碼-4”命名；
  （2）封面文件：需單獨上傳封面圖片1張，JPG格式，圖幅為16：9。封面文件將作為入圍作品平臺展示的封面，建議考慮其設計感和美觀性，封面文字只允許出現作品題目，文件以“參賽碼-封面文件”命名；
  （3）作品簡介：100-500字設計說明，將作為作品簡介展示，請直接在注冊表單頁面填寫。
  （4）作品視頻（可選）：可選擇提交1份視頻文件。視頻主題可以為成果講解或補充說明，視頻內容可包含但不限于選題理由、方案邏輯、設計要點、方案結論、未來展望等。視頻形式、尺寸、分辨率不做限制。文件格式為mp4,文件大小不得超過100M（建議小于50M）。文件以“參賽碼-視頻文件”命名。
  4.Work requirements
  Special attention:The entries shall not contain the contents and tips that disclose the contestants and their schools,and the entry qualification will be cancelled directly if its qualification examination is not compliant.
  1.Land scale
  Not more than 1km2.
  2.Base selection
  Self-selected base;
  3.Design requirements
  (1)Stick to the theme,clear conception,ingenious conception,standardized expression,creative thinking and methods,thinking from the perspective of urban space and lifestyle organization under the background of intelligent technology development are encouraged;
  (2)Self-determined forms and methods of expression.
  4.Work document and format requirements
  (1)Display panel file:JPG format,no more than four sheets,and the picture frame is set to A1(84.1×59.4cm).(The drawing accuracy shall be guaranteed,and the resolution shall not be lower than 300dpi,with no edges and no frames)The total size shall not be larger than 50M,and the file shall be named"Entry Code-1,Entry Code-2,Entry Code-3 and Entry Code-4";
  (2)Cover file:One cover picture should be uploaded separately,in JPG format,the picture frame of 16:9.The cover document will be used as the cover displayed on the website of the shortlisted works,and it is suggested to take into account its design and aesthetics.Only the title of the work is allowed to appear in the cover text,and the document is named after"Entry Code-Cover File";
  (3)Introduction to the work:100-500 words of design instruction,which will be displayed as an introduction to the work.Please fill in directly on the Registration Form page.
  (4)Video of the work(optional):You can choose to submit 1 video file.The video topic can explain or supplement the results,and the video content can include but is not limited to the reasons for selecting the topic,program logic,design points,program conclusions,future prospects,etc.There are no restrictions on video format,size,and resolution.The file format is mp4,and the file size must not exceed 100M(less than 50M is recommended).The file is named after"Participation Code-Video File".
  5.語言要求
  中文、英文、中英雙語均可。
  Chinese and English are acceptable.
  04參賽流程
  WORKFLOWS
  本屆大賽采用“注冊-報名-提交”一體化線上表單征集作品，參賽者在WUPEN網站注冊用戶賬號后，即可前往競賽頁面，選擇相應競賽進行報名。
  進入表單后，填寫必填項，點擊保存即完成報名，獲得“參賽碼”（請注意保存記錄，在提交表單中可查看）。
  從競賽開始至作品提交截止日，參賽者可隨時編輯修改表單信息，上傳作品，也可在競賽首頁點擊“取消報名”放棄參賽。一旦點擊提交并確認，作品即進入待評審后臺，不可再更改表單信息，只可取消報名后重新報名。
  報名表單最終提交時請注意，作品展示、獲獎證書將會按照報名時團隊成員在表單上的填寫順序排序，一旦提交，不可更改作品信息，請謹慎填寫。
  This competition adopts the integrated online form of"Registration-Sign-up-Submission"to collect works,and contestants can go to the website page and select the corresponding competition to sign up after registering the user account on WUPEN.
  After entering the form,fill in the required items,click Save to complete the registration and obtain the"Entry Code".
  From the start of the competition to the deadline for submission of works,contestants can edit and modify the form information,upload works at any time,or click"Cancel Registration"on the homepage of the competition to give up the competition.Once you click Submit and Confirm,no form information can be changed any more,only registration cancellation to re-register is allowed.
  Please note when the application form is finally submitted that the exhibition of work and the award certificate will be sorted according to the order in which the team members fill in the form at the time of application.
  05評審及作品獎項
  Evaluation and Awards
  1.作品獎項設置
  （1）本屆競賽設置一等獎、二等獎、三等獎、提名獎和人氣獎；
  （2）一等獎為得分前1%作品、二等獎為得分前2-5%作品、三等獎為得分前6-10%作品，提名獎為得分前11-15%作品，人氣獎10份。
  通過資格審查的作品，即可進入評審；本次賽事評審將通過一輪技術審核，綜合兩輪專家評審，最終確定獲獎名單。
  2.一、二、三等獎和提名獎評審流程
  （1）6月中下旬，根據綜合兩輪專家評審，得分排序產生一、二、三等獎、提名獎；
  （2）7月中上旬，預計于規劃教育年會公布最終一、二、三等獎和提名獎獲獎名單；
  （3）所有一、二、三等獎和提名獎方案將于獲獎名單公布后在WUPEN網站頁面進行展示。組委會將為一、二、三等獎和提名獎方案頒發電子版獲獎證書。
  3.人氣獎評審流程
  獲獎名單公布后，所有一、二、三等獎和提名獎作品均會在網站進行展示，組委會將開啟人氣獎投票評選通道。所有WUPEN用戶均可上網進行投票，每位用戶每天可投1票。投票數前10的作品獲得人氣獎。組委會將為人氣獎獲獎作品頒發電子版獲獎證書。
  4.評審特殊情況說明
  （1）評審過程中若遇到綜合得分相同的情況，第一輪評審同分作品將同時晉級，相應入選或獎項名額將隨之增加（若前15%分數線上有2份同分作品，則同時晉級）；第二輪評審出現同分作品，由評委會統一討論投票決定一、二、三等獎歸屬；
  （2）評審過程中若發現作品有抄襲的情況，將即刻停止對該作品的評審并取消該作品的參賽資格。評審結束后，所有作品將公開展示，WUPEN競賽公開紀律監察機制開啟，任何人可通過競賽官方郵箱cqa wupen.org舉報疑似抄襲作品，組委會將回應舉報者并征集證明文件交由評委會審核判斷。
  1.Award setting
  (1)This competition will set the first prize,second prize,third prize,nomination award and popularity award;
  (2)The first prize will be awarded to the top 1%of works in the overall score.The second prize will be awarded to the top 2-5%of works in the overall score,the third prize is to the top 6-10%of the score,and the nomination awards are the top 11-15%of works.10 popular awards will also be set.
  Works that pass the qualification examination can enter the evaluation;This competition evaluation will integrate 3 rounds of expert evaluation to determine the final winners.
  2.First,second,third prize and nomination award evaluation process
  (1)In mid-to-late June,based on two rounds of expert reviews,the scores will be sorted to determine the first,second,and third prizes and nomination awards;
  (2)In mid-to-early July,the final list of first,second,third prize and nomination award winners is expected to be announced at the Planning Education Annual Conference;
  (3)All first,second,third prize and nomination award plans will be displayed on the WUPEN website page after the winner list is announced.The organizing committee will issue electronic award certificates to the first,second,third place and nomination award schemes.
  3.Popularity Award Review Process
  After the winners list is announced,all first,second,third prize and nomination award works will be displayed on the website,and the organizing committee will open a voting channel for the Popularity Award.All WUPEN users can vote online,and each user can vote once per day.The top 10 works with the most votes receive the Popularity Award.The organizing committee will issue electronic award certificates to the winning works of the Popularity Award.4.Description of the special circumstances of the evaluation
  (1)In the case of the evaluation process,the first round of evaluation of the work will be promoted at the same time,and the corresponding selection or award name will increase(if there are 2 parties on the first 15%score,then advance)The second round of evaluation has the same work,and the jury is unified to discuss the voting decision;
  (2)If the work is found to be plagiarism,the evaluation will immediately stop the qualifications of the work.After the evaluation,all works will openly show,the WUPENiCity competition open discipline monitoring mechanism is open,and anyone can report suspected plagiarism through the official mailbox qa wupen.org,the organizing committee will respond to the reporter and collect the certificate of certification documents.
  06組織獎項
  Organization Awards
  1.獎項設置
  （1）本屆競賽除作品獎項外還設置優秀組織獎和優秀指導教師獎；
  （2）優秀組織獎設置10席、優秀指導教師獎設置15席。
  2.評選方式
  （1）一等獎1席積3分、二等獎1席積2分、三等獎1席積1分，總分數前10名的院校組織將獲評優秀組織獎，若出現第10名積分相同的情況，第10名院校均獲得優秀組織獎，相應獲獎席位也將隨之增加；
  （2）一等獎1席積3分、二等獎1席積2分、三等獎1席積1分，總分數前15名的教師將獲評優秀指導教師獎，若第15名出現積分相同的情況，第15名的教師都將獲得優秀指導教師獎，相應獲獎席位也將隨之增加。
  1.Award setting
  (1)In addition to the works awards,this competition also set up the outstanding organization award and the outstanding instructor award;
  (2)There are 10 seats for the Excellent Organization Award and 15 seats for the Excellent Instructor Award.
  2.Selection method
  (1)The top 10 institutions and organizations that have won the first,second,and third prizes and the total number of nomination awards will be awarded the Excellent Organization Award.The number of winning seats will also increase accordingly;
  (2)The top 15 teachers who have won the first,second and third prizes and the total number of nomination awards for their guiding works will be awarded the Excellent Instructor Award.Winning seats will also increase accordingly.

  本賽事規定，凡主動參與本次征集活動的所有參賽者，均視為已經對所提交的作品版權歸屬作如下不可撤銷聲明：
  1.原創聲明
  參賽方案必須是參賽者個人原創作品，不能侵犯任何第三方個人和單位的任何專利權，著作權，商標權及其他合法知識產權。一旦查實非原創作品，組委會有權立即取消其參與、入圍與獲獎資格，收回獎項及保留追究法律責任的權利，如組委會因此被起訴或產生其他損失的，組委會有權要求該參賽者進行全額賠償；組委會已先行賠付的，有權向參賽者追償所有直接損失及間接損失（包括且不限于律師費、訴訟費、保全費、鑒定費、公證費等）。
  2.同意聲明
  本次采用線上評選的方式，參賽者上傳作品即表示同意授權組委會為舉辦大賽目的向所有人署名或隱名的形式展示作品，同意大賽確定的評選方式。參賽者提交作品之前，已仔細閱讀所有條款，充分理解并表示同意，本次大賽的評委會擁有對所有獲獎作品的評選結果有最終裁定權。
  According to the regulations of this competition,all contestants who take the initiative to participate in this collection event are deemed to have made the following irrevocable declaration on the copyright owner of the submitted works:
  1.Original statement
  The competition plan must be the original work of the contestant,and cannot infringe any patent right,copyright,trademark right or other legal intellectual property rights of any third-party individual or unit.Once the non-original works are checked and verified,the Organizing Committee has the right to immediately cancel their participation,finalists and award-winning qualifications,withdraw the awards and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibilities;If the Organizing Committee is sued or other losses are incurred,the Organizing Committee has the right to require the contestant to make full compensation;If the Organizing Committee has paid in advance,it has the right to recover all direct and indirect losses(including but not limited to attorney fees,legal fees,preservation fees,appraisal fees,notarial fees,etc.)from the contestants.
  2.Consent statement consent
  The online selection is adopted this time,and when contestants upload their works,they agree to authorize the organizing committee to display their works in the form of signature or anonymity to everyone for the purpose of holding the competition,and agree to the selection method determined by the competition.Before submitting the works,the contestants have carefully read all the terms and conditions,fully understood and agreed that the jury of this competition has the final ruling power on the selection results of all winning works.
